India government has kept covid vaccine as voluntary drive under the law. But further they was no such rules permitted for employees that vaccine is mandatory. The employers guide the employees to get cover vaccine to promote workplace health care. In short, they want their employees to be safe and get back everything to normal. Many companies has now made it as a part of new contract for new employment down as a condition for the employees to submit the vaccination papers. So that if any employees in any emergency has to come to the workplace their should be no restrictions. No treatment or vaccination is ever mandatory it’s your decision to take it or not. It is highly recommended to take it to save yourself from this virus.

Factors should be take in the workplace such as social distancing , ability to stagger employees shifts, degree to which employees interact with the public in person, feasibility of accomplishing work by telework, geographical isolation of the workplace, policies regarding sick leave for staff and priority for continuity of operations. Encourage others for vaccination and precautions.
